| This hotel was OK for a launching pad for exploring Rome, and is within walking distance of the railway station (Termini). It had a number of quirks: finding it was a bit tricky (although the host turned up at the gate when we arrived), the elevator is the tiniest I've ever seen, there is no reception (you knock on the door of the host's apartment a few floors above), and the breakfast is poor. But this is Rome and I suppose you could pay a lot more for a nicer hotel. | ||

| Wir haben Da Marta ohne Probleme gefunden, die Lage ist sehr gut, nah zum Bahnhof, gut erreichbar mit Bussen und Metro. In Fußweite gibt es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein geräumiges, helles Doppelzimmer mit ordentlichem Bad und sogar mit Balkon (allerdings auch mit Straßenlärm). Ein weiteres Fenster - zum grünen Innenhof - war zum Glück sehr ruhig. Dort am Fenster haben wir gefrühstückt: für römische Verhältnisse recht gut, und vor allem sehr freundlich serviert. Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war nicht ganz so hochwertig, wie es auf den Website-Fotos schien, aber trotzdem recht angenehm, nicht zu kitschig. Noch ein Manko: Das nebenan liegende Gemeinschaftsbad war ziemlich laut. Zunächst hatten wir auch kein Licht im Bad, das wurde einen Tag später repariert. Die Besitzerin befindet sich im selben Haus und ist daher gut erreichbar. Insgesamt war Da Marta eine preiswerte Unterkunft, und dafür nimmt man auch einige Schwächen, wie etwa nicht funktionierende Steckdosen, in Kauf. | ||

| Casa de pisos normal, piso 3 DERECHA, con ascensor. Las habitaciones luminosas de sencilla y esclarecida decoración que figuran en la página NO SE CORRESPONDEN con el apartamento en donde nos aloja la Señora Liviana. Son las del piso 3 IQUIERDA, pero como está haciendo obras nos mete en el otro que también es suyo. Lo más deprimente que he visto en mi vida: triste, oscuro.. Una estafa. Ella dice que son iguales, pero insisto y me enseña el otro, que efectivamente está en obras y que se correponde con el ofertado. En cada habit. una micro-mesa de 50x50 para desayunar: cafe o té con leche, tostadas, mantequilla, mermelada y algún cutre-bollito de bolsa. Las habitaciones de tamaño correcto, no armario: perchero y cómoda. De 3 camas sólo 1 tiene luz para leer. Baño en la habitación, ruidoso, taza medio-limpia, retrete sin tapa, el desagüe de la ducha no corre, reclamamos, la alcachofa de la ducha está taponada, reclamamos, cortinas de ducha bastante cutres y asquerosas. De 5 días "limpió" el baño 1 vez. La situación es buena: 50 ms. de Santa María Majore. En conjunto y por relación calidad-precio: SUSPENSO. Señora Liviana: no creo que vuelva a su "acogeliente" apartamento de Roma. | ||

| sicuramente ottima la posizione, la basilica di santa Maria maggiore si trova a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, è possibile facendo qualche passo in più raggiungere a piedi anche il colosseo. la struttura si trova vicino a due fermate delle due linee della metropolitana quindi e molto facile raggiungere con i mezzi le altre attrattive della città. le stanze sono molto pulite anche se lo stile è molto spartano, la televisione non ha ricezione, e la colazione è molto ridotta. | ||
